Job Description:

The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the development of complex software products and systems for data protection product
  • Contribute to the feature design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments
  • Prepare, review and evaluate software/storage specifications for products and systems
  • Contribute to the development for complex software products and systems/for storage products and systems

Requirements:

  • Good Experience of Unix/Linux systems programming in C, multi-threading, and data structures
  • Good working experience in operating systems and Filesystems
  • Design, implement and develop file system software using C
  • Strong Analytical, Debugging, and troubleshooting skills using tools like GDB
  • 5 to 8 years of related experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in Scale out filesystems is a plus
  • Python programming skills
