We are looking for talented professionals to join our team and help shape the future of storage. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Software Engineer on our Platform Networking Team in Warsaw.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the development and architecture of our industry-leading modern storage platforms and take part in the full software development life cycle, including development, test, continuous delivery, and support
  • Create detailed technical designs for new features and improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all areas
  • Implement features and test automation related to networking of storage systems
  • Work on discovery task and proof of concepts around modern networking solutions
  • Implement company standards and practices to ensure quality and security

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience in the following areas: Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or C
  • Understanding of modern Linux, including the kernel, drivers, containers, early boot, and other low-level technologies
  • Ability to write clean, testable code
  • familiarity with unit/integration/system testing and CI/CD
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from design to implementation

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with Storage systems
  • Knowledge about networking (ethernet, infiniband etc.)
  • Capacity to achieve proficiency in new tools, languages and frameworks with training and on-the-job experience
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate in an Agile/ Scrum environment
