Job Description:

Intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development
Establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs
Create and maintain system documentation, flowcharts, and data models
Capture stakeholder needs and translate them into technical specifications
Debugging techniques, log analysis, and performance monitoring to identify and resolve issues
Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis
Develop security measures in post implementation analysis
Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in software development: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework 6+, Visual Studio 2019+
Solid experience with Cloud based SQL Server (MSaaS) SQL features, performance tuning techniques
Strong web design skills including HTML, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React/Angular/Vue.js), CSS, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, GitHub
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in the design and development for large enterprise scale applications
Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed software applications (e.g., microservices, strong design pattern)
Practical experience with building and deploying microservices using technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and API gateways
Gen AI Prompt skills and python development experience
Familiarity with Agile based development strategies and toolsets (Lightspeed Enterprise/JIRA/Scrum Safe)
Financial service experience for Settlements/FX/Corporate Actions is an advantage
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects, understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is an advantage
Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
