Job Responsibility

  • Drive software adoption by guiding clients to use our platform effectively across their business
  • Deliver product training and onboarding sessions for users at all levels
  • Monitor user engagement, license usage, and platform analytics to optimize client experience
  • Identify opportunities for clients to leverage additional modules, integrations, or automation features, focused on business value
  • Act as a client advocate, collecting feedback to influence product roadmap and feature development
  • Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve technical challenges and implement enhancements
  • Build long-term client trust through proactive communication, virtual meetings, and occasional on-site visits

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS client success, platform adoption or product-focused client management
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Skilled in delivering training and workshops to improve user proficiency
  • Comfortable analyzing usage data to drive adoption and optimize workflows
  • Excellent communicator with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and able to navigate client challenges confidently
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively within a team
  • Willing to travel nationally to meet clients (overnight stays will be required)
  • Full driving license
