We are looking forward to hire Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Professionals in the following areas.
Requirements:
Understand Integrated Management System in-line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 5
Establish project defined process in-line with client requirements and IMS
Conduct facilitations on weekly basis and publish reports
Conduct internal audits on monthly basis and publish reports
Project Metrics collection and perform sanity check
Participate in internal team meetings and project review meetings
Provide trainings at Project level
Accountable for assigned responsibilities
Basic understanding and awareness of Process Excellence standards and models
Familiar with commonly used standards and models
Have limited practical experience in their application
Basic understanding of facilitation principles and techniques
Can effectively facilitate small group discussions, encourage participation, and ensure all voices are heard
Able to assist in the coordination of process improvement initiatives, but may require guidance from more experienced facilitators
Has basic knowledge of conducting audits in line with the process defined and reporting the report to the stakeholders
Able to follow predefined audit checklists and guidelines to identify discrepancies and report findings to senior auditors
Has a basic understanding of process management concepts and terminology, but lacks practical experience in applying them
Can follow established processes with guidance for activities related to various Project types
Have basic concepts of Measurements and Improvement in Process Excellence
Aware of the importance of measuring performance and using data to drive improvement but may not have practical experience in implementing these concepts
Takes ownership for and ensures accuracy of own work, meets deadlines, and asks questions about possible gaps to ensure clarity of ownership
Demonstrates a willingness to accept and embrace differing ideas or perceptions which are beneficial to the organization
Participates in team activities and reaches out to others in team to achieve common goals
Displays awareness of customers stated needs and gives priority to meeting and exceeding customer expectations at or above expected quality within stipulated time
Effectively communicates in written and oral form, well-organized thoughts to others. Speaks openly and honestly with all employees
Demonstrates a "can do" attitude and is willing to stretch self to achieve and exceed defined goals/targets
