Job Description

Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Software QA Program Manager for a full-time position. The Program Manager will lead the design and implementation of a centralized Quality Assurance (QA) model across all technology projects and products. This role will drive discovery sessions, conduct stakeholder interviews, manage QA vendor selection, and define the operating model for a scalable, metrics-driven QA organization aligned with Agile best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance processes, metrics, and vendor management within IT or software development environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Agile or Scrum Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) preferred
  • If working out of Boston office ability to travel to San Francisco as needed
