Job Description:

Software QA Engineers and Testers positions! Permanent Position / Direct Hire!

Job Responsibility:

Analyze users’ needs and then design, test, and develop software to meet those needs
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Recommend software upgrades for customers’ existing programs and systems
Design each piece of an application or system and plan how the pieces will work together
Ensure that a program continues to function normally through software maintenance and testing
Document every aspect of an application or system as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Define, document, and manage user stories and customer acceptance criteria for assigned domains
Record software defects and track them through test lifecycle to resolve
Define product acceptance criteria with product owners and development team
Implement test plans and summarize testing status within project team and SQA team meetings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
UI tools such as HTML3/ CSS, Python and C#,SOAP UI, REST API & POSTMAN
Ability to work in a project driven environment
Experience or desire to work in an agile environment
Demonstrable ability to lead a group of highly intelligent, technology consulting professionals
Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
Good communication skills and appreciate teamwork
