Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and well-organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Pitesti (on-site).

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage software development projects from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UI/UX, business stakeholders)
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum practices)
  • Communicate effectively with clients, gather requirements, and ensure project goals are met
  • Identify and manage risks, changes, and project issues
  • Ensure quality standards and project documentation are met throughout the lifecycle

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken
  • Availability to work on-site from our office in Pitesti

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce platforms or projects
  • Background or understanding of web and mobile application development
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
  • Technical background or education in Computer Science or a related field
