Job Description

We are looking for a marketing Software Project Manager with hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and website migration projects. You’ll be leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-impact projects, working alongside developers, marketers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end project management cycle, ensuring smooth handoffs between technical and non-technical teams
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across development, QA, design, and marketing
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders, clarify requirements, and translate business goals into actionable tasks
  • Identify risks and blockers early, propose solutions, and keep the project on track
  • Monitor sprint progress and report updates regularly to both internal teams and clients
  • Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage tickets, timelines, and team collaboration
  • Support QA and deployment efforts, ensuring successful rollout and post-launch stability

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally with web or digital agency teams
  • Proven experience managing website migrations, including content strategy
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to manage client-facing conversations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common PM tools like Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones, manage distributed teams, and keep communication flowing
