Job Description

Exciting leadership role for a Software Project Lead to manage a team of 5–10 developers delivering embedded software projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll utilise your Software Project leading skills to own the full software lifecycle planning, budgeting, delivery, integration, and support and work directly with stakeholders across the business and internationally. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to undergo a high level of security clearance.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire software teams to deliver complex systems
  • Manage budgets, scope, and competing stakeholder requirements
  • Identify opportunities for new products and maximise existing ones
  • Present to leadership and international teams
  • Own the full software lifecycle planning, budgeting, delivery, integration, and support
