Job Description

This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Requirements

  • 84 Months experience with directly managing software applications, establishing/maintaining resource schedules, and status reporting
  • 84 Months experience with facilitating communication during the entire Software Development Life Cycle including meetings between vendors and staff
  • 60 Months experience with planning and managing web-based, service-oriented architecture applications and infrastructure upgrade projects
  • 60 Months experience providing task estimates to the Project Manager
  • 60 Months experience establishing priorities using information from the Project and Program managers
  • 60 Months experience with managing the evolution and maintenance of three-tier architecture applications
  • 36 Months experience with planning and implementing automated, data exchange between internal and external systems
  • 36 Months experience as a systems analyst, software engineer, and/or developer
  • 24 months experience managing an insurance claiming or case management application
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related field or business administration
  • Certification in one of the following areas: Project Management, Business Analysis, or Quality Assurance
