6-12 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience (in-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred)

Job Responsibility

Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners across Europe
Partner with regional sales, business development, and operations teams to design and implement strategies that support high-growth go-to-market initiatives
Monitor and interpret evolving European legal and regulatory developments, including data protection, technology, and AI-related frameworks, and apply this knowledge to contract drafting and risk assessment
Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional requirements and industry best practices
Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams, balancing innovation with regulatory compliance
Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function across Europe, fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture
