Software Engineering

• Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle
• End to end accountability for a product or service
• Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Establish a digital environment and automate processes
• Create technical test plans and records
• Provide support to DevOps teams
• Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues are addressed
• Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents
• Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met
• Automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline
• Keep up to date with current tools, technologies and cyber security regulations

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant discipline
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with solid hands-on development experience
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on frontend development and Cloud enablement e.g. GCP
• Ability to learn, explore and implement new and emerging technologies in short period of time to fulfil business need
• Solid project management skills and work experience
• Strong business sense with understanding of the business requirement and environment
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills to work with business, IT colleagues, and external parties like vendors
• Strong analytic skills to understand and resolve complex problems
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
• Proficiency in English
