We are seeking a Software Engineer who is driven by curiosity and thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment at the forefront of technology. You approach software development with a technology-agnostic mindset, viewing programming languages and software stacks as tools to craft innovative solutions. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills enable you to implement effective solutions across diverse technologies.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in software engineering, including ownership of major system components or services
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-native, distributed systems
Deep expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Go, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, C#, C++, or Rust)
Hands-on familiarity with modern development and deployment practices — containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, make architectural decisions, and guide others through complex challenges
Nice to have:
Experience leading projects or technical teams in a cross-functional, agile environment
Experience collaborating across multiple engineering teams or product areas
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Background in any of these areas is a plus: cybersecurity, observability, networking, machine learning, or generative AI
History of mentoring engineers, contributing to open source, or improving engineering practices
Strong communication skills — able to translate technical topics to diverse audiences and document decisions clearly
Growth mindset: you challenge assumptions, raise technical standards, and create an environment where others succeed
