Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist. Business: CTO Infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the operations and maintenance of the Abacus-specific IKP platform and its ecosystem components
Ensure the platform's high availability, elasticity, and redundancy to support critical banking services
Collaborating with the global IKP team for support and knowledge sharing
Providing 24/7 on-call first-line support for the IKP platform
Delivering DevOps hypercare support tailored to the Abacus project
Act as the primary point of contact for user communication, addressing platform-related inquiries and issues
Represent the team during regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with all requirements
Coordinate with vendors to resolve platform-related issues and ensure service quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, performance, and operational efficiency
Develop and implement best practices for platform management, incident response, and team operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in Kubernetes platform operations, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of containerization technologies and cloud-native architectures, with experience in managing 24/7 operations teams and handling mission-critical systems
Excellent communication skills to interact with users, regulators, and vendors effectively
Experience in the banking or financial services industry
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for IT systems
Certification in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or related technologies
Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts
