Job Description:

What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities: Experience in Telecommunications Networks (Fixed, Mobile and Transmission), mainly OSS. Develop software and technical solution for the Service Assurance Area in the following domain: Fault Management; Performance Management. Developing solutions across hybrid application landscape, consisting of legacy applications built using both COTS and homegrown applications. Installation and management of Network Monitoring Systems. Ability to multi-task, work independently and possess good problem-solving skills. Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies. Ability to do deep dive on technical areas and get the best outcome out of technically challenging situations. Manage concurrent application releases and deliver quality software releases on time. Drive strong engineering practices in the team. Ability to debug complex issues and provide the right solution.

Requirements:

Experience in Telecommunications Networks (Fixed, Mobile and Transmission), mainly OSS
Develop software and technical solution for the Service Assurance Area in the domain of Fault Management and Performance Management

Technical Expertise: Be a subject expert and drive shared learning and collaboration
Strategic / Enterprise Perspective: Able to create and articulate a compelling holistic strategic vision and roadmap
Process design & documentation: The ability to describe, map and document down to the procedural detail complete processes on a structured way
Mandatory Skill set: Telecom(OSS), NMS, Java Microservices, Java (Open JDK11), Python, Shell Scripting, REST based MicroServices, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL Database, Kafka, WebLogic, Swagger and basic of K8’s, Configure dashboard reports using Grafana and ELK

Stakeholder Management and Change Management skills
