Job Responsibility:

Requirement analysis: Analyze the requirements
Impact Analysis: Identify the dependencies and blockers beforehand and prepare a remediation plan for them
Design: Develop / Review the Technical Design
Coding: Analyze, develop/review code as per specifications
Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results
Testing: Engage with source and downstream interface teams
Implementation: Conduct Release planning sessions near the end of each sprint, prepare/review plan for implementation and ensure smooth execution of releases
Support: Provide post implementation support
Audits: Must have better understanding of SOX audit requirements and executions
Conduct the sprint review during the sprint execution and conduct sprint retrospective sessions post implementation with the team, update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and software run books
Intuitively coalesce towards problems with an open mind, within the context of application and team
Collaborate with globally located cross functional team in building customer-centric products

Requirements:

Minimum 10-12 Year IT experience
Extensive hands-on experience on PYTHON, REACT JS and JAVA Script
CSS, HTML
Python Web Development with FLASK WEB FRAMEWORK
ORACLE /SQL
Architecture & Design
Familiar to understand the Backend Python code and able to guide and bridge the gap for both Front end & Backend functionalities and like Full stack technical lead
Experience of Stakeholder management across the business, Architecture, Infrastructure, Data architecture and IT
Must have prior experience of Production support / 24x7 On call support
Should have good understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum/Epic/Kanban, Sprints.) and DevOps
Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls
Implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy
Analyses / Review the requirement, prepare the design document as per requirements and delivered within schedule by adhering to the engineering and quality standards
