Software Engineering Specialist

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and define the mobile product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile architecture and development
• Ensure the stability and performance of mobile applications, implementing effective monitoring and support processes
• Stay current with the latest mobile technology trends, tools, and frameworks, with a particular focus on cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture
• Manage and oversee mobile development projects of varying sizes, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with global teams to ensure cohesive development practices and strategic decision-making
• Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation within the mobile engineering team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies
• Drive the adoption of agile development practices and DevOps principles within the mobile engineering team.

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on mobile application development and engineering leadership
• Proficient in mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, iOS, Android) and a solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability and performance
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Familiarity with agile software delivery practices and a commitment to continuous improvement
