Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to drive solutions implementation for Regulatory Relations and Enterprise Policy Governance Platforms. This leadership role involves managing a team, ensuring adherence to architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving transformation with innovative technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers
Ensure adherence to the Banking Platform Architecture
Engage with architects to incorporate technical strategies
Collaborate on application migration paths to target architecture
Drive resolution of technology roadblocks
Act as an escalation partner
Build engineering skills, conduct peer reviews, and guide designs
Ensure security, stability, and scalability in technology
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Hire, mentor, and guide talent development

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience
2+ years of Leadership experience
4+ years of Agile delivery experience

Nice to have:

4+ years of Java or .NET development experience
4+ years of database development experience
1+ year of experience with AI (Classic or GenAI)
1+ year of experience with data migration
1+ year of experience working with risk and compliance data
