Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the engineering strategy and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
Engage with key stakeholders—including business leaders, clients, and partners—to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and align priorities
Establish and enforces quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-performing, reliable solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are aligned with business objectives and that all efforts are coordinated
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding
Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in large scale software development
5+ years of experience independently managing deliverables
3+ years of experience with microservices based development and architecture
1+ years of exposure to any of the leading cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS)

Nice to have:

Functional knowledge and experience in Pharmacy or Retail
Excellent communications skills with ability to communicate effectively in visual, verbal, and written form
