Requirements

  • 7+ years of substantial software engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects
  • 1-2 years in leadership roles, managing and guiding software engineering teams to successful project delivery
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and modern technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
