Job Responsibility:

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring employees and contingent team members to grow their capabilities and develop key competencies
  • Managing team composition, prioritization, resource allocation, and backlog health
  • Driving the adoption of modern engineering practices, tools, and emerging technology trends to strengthen product delivery
  • Partnering with solution architects and product owners to ensure strategic alignment and maximize team impact
  • Tracking talent development metrics and contributing to a rewarding, growth-focused culture
  • Overseeing interviews, hiring, performance assessments, and retention of technical talent
  • Engaging in hands-on technical work as needed to guide teams and build domain expertise

Requirements:

  • 7+ years as a Software Engineer or Application Developer building modern solutions with technologies such as C#, .NET, REST APIs, OOP, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular
  • 2+ years managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and modern testing methodologies
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress or Selenium
  • Proficiency in fostering Agile teams and collaborating across architecture and product to balance capacity and demand
  • A track record of creating learning-focused environments where teams thrive and innovate
