In the capacity of a Software Engineering Manager - FullStack, your role holds significant weight within our organisation’s marketing framework. You play a central role in refining lead management, automating critical marketing processes, and upholding data accuracy. This proficiency directly influences the growth of our customer base and the precision of our marketing campaigns. Through analytics and insights, you empower our teams to make informed, data-driven decisions, ultimately propelling us toward our strategic goals. In essence, your role as a Frontend specialist with experience of marketing tool is instrumental in shaping the trajectory and success of our marketing endeavours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all MarTech-related aspects of integration projects, demonstrating in-depth expertise in Marketo functionalities
  • Develop and execute advanced automation workflows, including lead scoring, drip campaigns, and personalised content delivery, to drive marketing success
  • Stay up to date with the latest Marketo, SST, Pega, and other SaaS features, updates, and best practices, and proactively implement relevant improvements to the integration
  • Lead the training and knowledge-sharing initiatives and present within the team to enhance colleagues' proficiency in Marketo and its integration via Apigee and other SaaS platforms i.e. Pega
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Marketo-specific issues that may arise during integration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing operations

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML4/5, CSS3 and other frontend languages for custom integration development
  • Strong skills in API integrations
  • Experience with SaaS platforms to facilitate seamless data exchange and content management within the integrated ecosystem
  • Experience with Marketo, Pega, SST (Server Side Tagging) other SaaS, including advanced features and best practices in marketing automation
  • Applied knowledge of modern development tooling and automation techniques
  • Confidence in leading code reviews and implementing scalable development processes
  • Strong experience in accessibility and usability practices
  • Automated testing techniques
  • Familiarity with Git and other version control systems
  • Experience working with complex code bases
  • Experience working to a tiered model of browser support (e.g., progressive enhancement)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and unrivalled attention to detail

  • Hands-on experience in AWS and its services
