Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) is seeking a smart, creative, and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a squad dedicated to our high-stakes Enterprise and Corporate B2B partners. You will be at the heart of our mission to revolutionize travel technology for global giants. In this role, you aren't just a manager—you are a technical steward and a people multiplier. You will lead a high-performing team of talented engineers building complex, distributed systems that handle millions of transactions. You'll navigate the intersection of technical excellence, enterprise-grade reliability, and the rapid 'zero-to-one' pace that defines Hopper.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
  • 7+ years in software development
  • ideally with JVM/Scala or React experience
  • comfortable with ambiguity and building the 'MVP' without sacrificing long-term system integrity
  • experience with microservices, distributed systems, and designing robust APIs for global enterprise use
  • prefer a 'ship and iterate' approach
  • proven track record of growing junior engineers into seniors and seniors into leads/architects
