As we continue to grow globally and invest in the future of our world leading security technology, we’re launching our new Software Engineering Graduate Programme, designed to develop the next generation of engineering talent at Gallagher. Headquartered in Hamilton, New Zealand, Gallagher is a global technology company with more than 1,700 team members worldwide and customers in over 160 countries. Our cyber secure solutions for access control, perimeter security, and intruder detection help protect some of the world’s most sensitive environments, including government, defence, and critical infrastructure. We’re looking for up to 10 graduates to join us in February 2027 on a permanent basis, becoming part of a collaborative engineering community building technology used around the world from day one. Based at Innovation Park in Hamilton, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, product teams, and technical leaders while contributing to real world products and platforms from the start.
