Job Responsibility:
Drive platform innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and business outcomes through servicenow development knowledge
Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop job-specific skills
Execute ServiceNow development specific task as needed in the program
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Conduct research and gather data as required

ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Servicenow Development knowledge
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs
