Job Description:

The role involves developing globally scalable and efficient software solutions to drive IKEA's digital agenda. As a software engineer, you will work in an agile environment, focused on building a cloud-based fulfillment network solution.

Job Responsibility:

Building globally scalable, automatically tested, and reliable systems
Personal growth and helping others grow
Collaborating with others to reach consensus in a vast domain landscape
Managing backlog effectively, focusing on what adds immediate value
Cloud-based fulfillment network solution development

Requirements:

At least 4 years of professional experience as a developer, with a focus on the specific tech stack for the role
Cloud experience, with a preference for GCP
experience with Alibaba Cloud is also valued
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies, with modern DevOps practices
Experience with Go and/or Java programming languages, writing well-designed and efficient code
Familiarity with Spring Boot microservices and API management
Experience with event-driven architecture using tools like Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.
Knowledge of modern, fully automated development and deployment processes
Strong understanding of design patterns and a high technical aptitude
Experience with NoSQL and relational database technologies
Expertise in logging, alerting, tracing, and debugging in cloud environments
Strong understanding of security concepts, particularly in cloud environments
