In our Enterprise Technology & Security Development Program (ETSDP), you will help build next-generation services and collaborate with fintech partners on innovative solutions. This is a year-long program with three different Software Engineer rotations across various business lines, including Consumer Technology, Commercial Technology, Colleague Technology, and Architecture & Strategy. All ETSDP colleagues will spend their first 5 weeks together for on-boarding, orientation, and our in-house Tech Made Ready Academy. You will also participate in the Early Career Development Program (ECDP). Upon successful completion, colleagues will be placed on a team to continue developing your Software Engineering career.
Job Responsibility:
Designing, modifying, defining, and implementing technology solutions
building modern, architecturally sound components, tools and applications
Maintaining and enhancing iOS and Android applications
Helping to build APIs that support multiple data formats
Assisting with the delivery of an enterprise-grade Microservices framework
Researching and gathering documentation to ensure the quality of user documentation
create progress reports
Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
Enhancing applications by finding opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
Requirements:
Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development or other technology-related degree
Expected graduation date of Spring 2026
Minimum GPA 3.0
Solid understanding of one or more of the following programming languages, frameworks, libraries and data formats: Java, JavaScript, C, Swift, Python, .Net, Node, React, SQL, JSON
Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
Nice to have:
Previous professional exposure to software development and/or engineering
Experience with CI/CD pipeline (CircleCI, Jenkins, or equivalent)
AWS/AZURE/GCP experience
Understanding of the banking industry, specifically the functions of custodial and consumer banking
