Job Responsibility

  • Help scale Omnea from double-digit to 200+ enterprise customers and through 10x revenue growth in 2-3 years
  • Drive growth of product, team, and company
  • Be involved in key product decisions including prioritising product roadmap, defining project scopes, and technical direction
  • Have significant voice in discussions about product strategy, user experience, and technical feasibility
  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects from product/design/architectural decisions to deployment, monitoring and measuring user impact
  • Work across stack covering DevOps to styling
  • Deploy small, incremental changes to production multiple times per day
  • Help scale product, architecture and processes efficiently while maintaining performance and reliability
  • Engage with customers, understand their experience, and iterate products based on their input

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience building web apps and designing/implementing features from start to finish (full-stack)
  • Proficiency in Typescript and ideally AWS
  • Experience with best-in-class tooling in AWS, IaaC, observability and quality assessments
  • Ability to undertake pair-programming interview stage in Javascript or Typescript
  • Full-stack engineering capability (not only frontend, backend, or devops)
  • Experience building highly reliable & well architected products
  • Comfortable moving across the stack
  • Experience with end-to-end ownership of projects
  • Team player who helps maximize team performance
  • Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with autonomy
