Job Description:

Lead the development of cutting-edge services in the dynamic LabTech field – make a real-world impact! Our client is a rapidly growing start-up in the LabTech research area, committed to empowering research and creating a better society. They have secured Series B funding and are working on impactful projects in collaboration with organizations like the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). As a Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, building and improving our suite of services designed to streamline research processes. You'll work with a highly motivated team, using a variety of technologies to solve complex challenges and deliver high-impact products. You’ll be involved in all stages of development, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance, focusing on creating a seamless user experience.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain server-side and front-end components of our services
Design and implement efficient and scalable systems using Rust, TypeScript, React, and other relevant technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain testing strategies, to ensure high-quality software
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and infrastructure
Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for functional development

Requirements:

Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum)
Experience with building systems from a single service and platform perspective
Experience with public cloud services (AWS preferred)
Experience in all aspects of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent Japanese communication skills (business level)
Experience with at least one of the following: Rust, C/C++, Go, TypeScript, React
