Software Engineer

• Design and develop robust, scalable Python-based tools and automation systems used across the firm’s infrastructure
• Build and enhance platforms that streamline monitoring, alerting, logging, and system diagnostics
• Solve complex distributed systems challenges and improve platform performance and observability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide internal tooling that ensures high availability and resilience of services

• Expertise in Python, with a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals
• Solid experience working on internal platforms or developer tools, ideally those supporting infrastructure or operations teams
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and SQL
• Hands-on experience with modern observability and logging tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Prometheus, and ideally Apache Spark
• A Computer Science degree from a top-tier university (or equivalent academic background)
