Software Engineer

• Work with multiple Engineering teams in different geographic locations and expertise to get information needed to solve customer problems
• Providing engineering, debug and experimental dll’s to the customer and report the results back to the factory support teams
• Use experience gained in prior cases to reproduce behavior when the customer has not provided all the information needed
• Keeping concise updates of support issue progress in our bug tracking system
• Prioritize incoming requests based on severity of the issue for the customer
• Being organized with attention to detail to ensure the correct options/updates are delivered to the right people

• Programming experience in an object-oriented software
• Strong Excel and VB scripting skills
• Experience with version control software
• Experience in Microsoft windows and Microsoft applications
• Experience in general debugging of application in Windows
• BS or MS in computer science, computer engineering, EE or related fields
• 5 years of experience in Automated test equipment in Semiconductor is a plus

• C# and C++ is a plus
• exposure to IG-XL VBT is a plus
• 5 years of experience in Automated test equipment in Semiconductor is a plus
