Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role combining analysis, application development, and programming activities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within a digital-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

Turn tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms
Address a variety of responses to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria to directly influence development outcomes
Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities
Accountable for development, design, construction, testing and implementation and write secure, stable, testable and maintainable code
Engage in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development and Application support activities
Provide sound understanding of application development concepts and principles
Consult with users, clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions
Analyze business requirements, applications/services, runtime operations, dependencies, and runtime properties of systems
Drive clarity into technical implementation by driving system build and performance discussions
Build and maintain integrated project development schedules
Negotiate features and associated priority and help the team and their customers reach consensus
Improve team development related processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
Assess risk when business decisions are made and comply with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

2-5 years in an Apps Development role
Demonstrated execution capabilities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
