Software Engineer

• Lead the design and development of user-facing features that delight healthcare professionals and make their work easier and more effective
• Translate complex workflows and AI-powered functionality into interfaces that are simple, clear, and engaging
• Work closely with designers and product managers to iterate on ideas, incorporating feedback from real-world use
• Contribute across the stack — from frontend UI components to backend services — ensuring a cohesive, reliable product experience
• Champion best practices in accessibility, performance, responsive design, and maintainable code
• Mentor and support other engineers, helping to raise the quality of our frontend craft across the team
• Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate advanced models in ways that feel seamless and intuitive to end users

• 3-10 years' of professional software engineering experience, with strong skills in React and Typescript
• Experience working with, or theoretical knowledge of systems that integrate with ML/AI models
• Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• A growth mindset—you're eager to learn about reliability and performance

Interest in healthcare, willingness to learn medical terminology, or curiosity about speech-to-text systems
