Job Responsibility:
Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability
Requirements:
Strong programming experience in Java, including OOP principles, exception handling, and collections
Proven hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver for web UI automation
Experience with TestNG / JUnit for test management and execution
Familiarity with automation frameworks such as data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid models
Good understanding of REST API testing and integration into test suites
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CICD, or similar
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Exposure to AI/ML-based approaches for improving software testing quality and controls
Nice to have:
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and ability to write effective unit tests
Knowledge of contract testing tools (e.g., Pact or similar)
Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
Familiarity with performance testing or security/Pen testing tools and methodologies, would be advantage
Understanding of risk and controls, change and transformation, and strategic thinking in digital and technology domains
