Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET technologies
  • Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Implement and enhance web application functionality using ASP.NET MVC Framework and .NET Core
  • Collaborate with team members to design and optimize database solutions using SQL and Entity Framework
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure smooth system operations
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve overall quality
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve software development processes
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through careful design and testing

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET technologies
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and building responsive web designs
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC Framework and .NET Core
  • Experience working with SQL databases and Entity Framework
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
