Software Engineer

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and the business to thoroughly understand project requirements and specifications
• Create detailed design specifications and conduct impact analysis
• Develop and review project artifacts, conduct unit testing, and document unit test results to prepare the application for validation and delivery
• Execute validation activities according to plans, identify and validate defects, and review artifacts to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Actively participate in "Go Live" activities as per the implementation plan
• Respond to production issues, collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions, test, and implement resolutions
• Prepare and participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions, document understanding while maintaining quality and meeting SLAs
• Simplify the coordination and communication among various departments and teams to ensure smooth integration of software applications and systems across the organization

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engg, IT or related with at least 60 months of experience
