Job Description:

KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Software Engineer/SharePoint Developer, to join our team. This position performs a combination of tasks including both software engineering as well as SharePoint Online (SPO) development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
  • Update software or enhance existing software capabilities
  • As required, work with computer hardware engineers to integrate software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements
  • Build and automate modern SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to create workflows, dashboards, and collaboration tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or other related technical fields
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, four (4) years of applicable experience may be substituted
  • Ability to perform tasks under the guidance of journeyman and senior engineers, programmers, and managers as a valuable, contributing member of the team
  • Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
