Software Engineer - Microsoft Powerapps

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Apply knowledge of SDLC and DevOps practices for efficient delivery and deployment. - Engage effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements. - Work within Agile teams, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management. - Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Experience in designing and developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform. ... - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies with Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and API-based integrations with Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. - Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications. - Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within the Microsoft Power Apps environment. - Familiarity with custom connector development. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Uipath. - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). - Build and manage Power Automate Desktop flows to streamline and automate business processes. - Work with Dataverse, standard connectors, and API integrations; develop custom connectors as needed. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
