As part of the Agent 365 Team you will design and build globally distributed services that support enterprise-scale AI and business workflows. Our team is at the heart of the Agent 365 Team building the infrastructure, discovery and metadata platform on which all BIC applications run.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the design and implementation of a multi-tenant, enterprise class metadata storage and discovery platform
Build solutions, create tools, and automate issue detection and diagnosis
Identify emerging trends or re-occurring escalation scenarios and drive engineering opportunities to mitigate and/or eliminate them (self-healing mechanisms, self-serve, transparency, automation, and/or increasing the capabilities for Azure support)
Contribute to product improvements by filing impactful bugs, design change requests, and fix and ship them to production, preventing customers from being impacted

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience
Experience with microservices or infrastructure services
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Nice to have:
Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-scale microservices and AI products
Knowledge of building Cloud Services using the Azure platform and tools
