The Windows Shell team is looking for a collaborative and customer-obsessed Software Engineer II to join us on our journey of driving innovation in the most iconic surfaces in Windows such as File Explorer. As a Software Engineer II on the Windows Shell team, you will partner closely with Product Management, Data Science, Design, and Marketing teams to come up with new feature ideas that solve real customer problems. You will have the opportunity to build full stack, end-user-facing features along with platform components that drive those scenarios. You will innovate in new technologies utilizing the power of AI, build delightful experiences, and shape the process and culture of Windows to ship value to customers faster.
