Job Responsibility:
Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software components for Microsoft Entra services
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile ceremonies to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Identify dependencies and contribute to the creation of design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms
Participate in on-call rotations with your team
Triage and respond to issues and advocate for opportunities to improve service health
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance system and service availability, reliability, resiliency, efficiency, and performance
Contribute to automation efforts across production and deployment pipelines
Debug and resolve complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable solutions
Maintain existing systems and services, ensuring adherence to established Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for internal customers
Mentor team members and promote an inclusive, collaborative engineering environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Proven experience in software engineering using C#, C++, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across local and global teams
Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or equivalent
Knowledge of troubleshooting across networking, application layers, caching, load balancing, and distributed systems
Experience working with SQL-like query languages
Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
