The Enterprise Billing Platforms Team in Bangalore is building and evolving the best-in-class business systems for Invoicing the B2B Customers, which enables experiences and tools for reliable, configurable, and intelligent business lifecycle management. The platform enables end-to-end B2B experience for onboarding, invoicing and collections - enabling cost-efficient business growth for Uber LOBs like U4B, Direct, Ads, G&R etc. through acquisition, retention, and resurrection.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of key features and initiatives in crafting and building high-quality, scalable systems to make incentives reliable and efficient

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Front End Engineer or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
  • Proficient in frontend development with TypeScript and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) or willing to learn
  • Experience with software development best practices and design patterns

Nice to have:

  • Experience in backend development with Java, Go, or Python
  • Experience building large distributed systems
  • Experience with running critical systems in production, monitoring them, and handling incidents
  • Experience with database and storage technologies and understanding trade-offs between them
  • Experience working with payment systems
