Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s suite of enterprise applications powering many of the world’s largest organizations. The Customer Experience Applications team builds Dynamics 365 Sales Development Agent, an AI-first solution that helps scale revenue growth by automating and augmenting top-of-funnel sales engagement. We are building intelligent, cloud-native applications on Azure, unifying Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Agent 365, and broader Microsoft cloud capabilities to deliver predictive, high-value sales experiences across Microsoft Office applications, products, and devices. These solutions use advanced AI to help sales teams identify, prioritize, and engage prospects more effectively. The Sales Development Agent acts as an autonomous digital sales assistant, researching leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating personalized outreach across email, chat, and other channels — helping organizations accelerate pipeline creation and improve lead conversion at scale.
