• 3+ years building production web applications with strong fundamentals in JavaScript, React, and modern web development
• Deep passion for JavaScript and creating excellent web applications
• Strong sense of craft and attention to detail in UI implementation
• Curiosity and attitude that matches your technical knowledge

• Experience with real-time collaborative systems, WebSockets, or similar technologies
• Understanding of CRDTs or operational transformation for collaborative editing
• Prior experience building rich text editors or content editors
