Be part of the Growth Team focusing on user acquisition and strategic market expansion. Contribute to the core engine of user growth in a company reshaping global financial services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect and build highly scalable, performance-driven frontend solutions for growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
  • Write well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code using React and TypeScript
  • Enable data-driven decisions by partnering with data scientists and product managers to track user behavior metrics
  • Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Marketing) to deliver user experiences
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and strategic planning
  • Experiment and iterate by developing rapid prototypes to validate hypotheses
  • Continuously refine and optimize user journey flows to increase conversions
  • Drive technical excellence by championing frontend best practices and ensuring code quality, security, and performance
  • Provide technical leadership and shape the architectural roadmap
  • Ensure security & compliance by integrating secure coding practices and frameworks
  • Proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities
