Highbeam is building the future of business banking and cash management. Our platform combines AI agents, automated financial workflows, and integrated financial products that save brands time and money. We’re looking for a founding iOS engineer to join us in building the future of business banking and cash management. You’ll be responsible for bringing Highbeam’s products to life on mobile—from foundational architecture to beautiful user-facing features. This is a critical role in shaping how our customers interact with their finances daily, with a focus on speed, reliability, and delightful UX.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the architecture, implementation, and launch of Highbeam’s iOS app
  • Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that reflect complex financial data in a simple way
  • Set best practices for mobile engineering—code quality, testing, CI/CD, analytics, crash reporting
  • Collaborate closely with design to deliver polished, on-brand user experiences
  • Work across the stack when needed, and coordinate with backend engineers to define API needs

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining iOS applications in production
  • Fluency in Swift and modern iOS development frameworks (e.g. SwiftUI, Combine, or UIKit)
  • Understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and a strong product sense
  • Comfortable setting up mobile CI/CD pipelines and using tools like Xcode Cloud, Fastlane, or TestFlight
