Job Description

We are seeking a talented experienced SW Engineer to join our Connectivity Team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and productization of the Wi-Fi stack on devices running Android and RTOS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance Wi-Fi solutions for cutting-edge consumer electronic devices.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the Wi-Fi stack for Android and RTOS-based devices
  • Drive the end-to-end productization process, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver seamless connectivity experiences
  • Mentor and support other engineers in the team, promoting best technical practices
  • Stay current with the latest Wi-Fi standards, protocols, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing software for consumer electronic devices
  • In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols and stack implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Android or RTOS development environments
  • Demonstrated programming skills in C/C++ and/or Java
  • Proven track record of delivering production-quality software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers
  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi certification processes and interoperability testing
