  • Diagnose and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, and networking)
  • Implement temporary fixes to restore service, then collaborate with AU R&D to develop permanent solutions
  • Proactively improve dashboards, monitoring, and observability (Grafana, CloudWatch)

  • Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), automation, CI/CD, and platform reliability initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven production experience with AWS cloud services
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, Prometheus)
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Comfort operating with incomplete information and learning quickly

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to IoT, distributed systems, or edge computing
  • Experience supporting operational or customer-facing teams
  • Interest in automation, data pipelines, or AI-enabled workflows
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
  • Career growth as you gain deep system knowledge and take ownership of US cloud operations
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life, accident, disability, and critical illness insurance
  • 401(k) with employer contributions
  • Employee Assistance & Wellness Programs
  • Tools, tech, and support to do your best work
