Job Description

Build and maintain backend services for Ruckus SmartZone and Ruckus One, supporting global-scale network management systems. Work involves distributed system design, network Management System integration, and cloud automation service development.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop backend services and APIs using Golang
  • Maintain and extend system integrations with SmartZone / Ruckus One
  • Design and implement reliable distributed components (Kafka / NATS / Redis)
  • Apply TDD to ensure code quality and maintainability
  • Contribute to CI/CD improvements and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Infra)

Requirements

  • 1+ years of backend development experience, proficient in Golang
  • Familiar with Redis, Kafka, or NATS
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deploying/debugging services or pods)
  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automation concepts
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
  • Intermediate English proficiency — able to read technical documents and join English meetings
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in Network Management System or system integration projects
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Java, or C
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
  • Personal side projects or open-source contributions
